Let's look at my political platform a little bit wider, there the prime points are as follows:
- The renewal of our country’s way of thinking, the economy and the society are actually things where the idea of the New Finnish and European Generations belongs. Both as a financial analyst and as a person, I believe that one of the major structural changes in the Finnish society is exactly the change in the mindset of the people, because the main number of outcomes of the society and the economy are directly dependent on it. Lately our well-being society has been under considerable pressure and I believe that we have to intervene urgently. For instance the financial deficits for the last years were covered by new about 10 billion € loans per year on the top of the old debt and in situation where Finland has one of the worst age structures in Europe and waning economy, from which the whole Nokia (ICT) cluster has been quite extensively cut off. Due at least to the facts described above, in the spring of 2014, Standard & Poor's cut our country's credit rating, and if the trend continues, this is just the beginning. We have to do the necessary for establishing a more productive and competitive economic environment, which supports the local employment as well as domestic and foreign investments and rational internationalization is one of the main roads towards that. In my opinion the tax system should not be such, that punishes the gifted and the qualified, but quite on the contrary, otherwise we hurt the creativity and productivity of our economy and society and have less to share; the legislation - in my opinion in Finland many things are slow and unnecessarily complex so here we could work for achieving more clarity and rationality. Well if some, all or more of the above mentioned are to successfully take place, we really need a vast step forward and this is where the idea of the New Finnish and European Generation belongs, so please join us and help the renewal of our country happen;
- Equality in reality – here along the traditional emphasis on equality between men and women I would imply also an international dimension which complies with the core and the values of our European Union and where the New Finns and Europeans belong. So once again come with us and help the change to happen;
- Violence and especially the mental one - generally speaking, Finland is a good and peaceful country, but during the last about two years in our society took place over 7 family (self) murders and the discrimination and the psychological violence have been constantly on the rise. In order to change that we must really change our way of thinking, so please join us and help that happen;
- The education in our country and Union - Finland has good primary and secondary education systems plus our Union gives a lot more possibilities to the young generation, but I think that we could do more about our University education, which ultimately returns most added value to the society and the economy, as it was during the Nokia period. I say that, because if we take an example for the current Academic Ranking worldwide (ex. http://www.shanghairanking.com), we can see that Finland has only one university within the first hundred, the University of Helsinki, therefore there is a considerable room for improvement. For instance Sweden has three universities in the same ranking;
- the Unemployment or better employment opportunities, including both the jobless and the employed well-being – yes now days lots of us face difficulties and troubles, but the old way of thinking does not help, for example, some of the unnecessary strikes or the misuse of the welfare system, so once again, please join us and help the change for better to happen, for all of us;
- the Pensioners and in general the well-being of the elderly - According to Eurostat, currently in Finland the proportion workers/pensioners is 3/1 which is no longer sustainable for our society and economy and covering our eyes and financial gaps with more debt is not the solution. Quite on the contrary a change in the mindset as well as rational internationalization are two much brighter steps forward, so that we can take better care of both our parents now and children in the future, giving the letter fewer government debt to repay after us. So once again, join us and help the change for better to happen;
- Green policies regarding all of the above - the nature is home to all of us and it is imperative to take good care of it, so do join us and make from the responsible way of thinking a way of life and help making the good better;
- And as long as my strength and abilities reach all the important matters that interest the people.
